The WFY4 Series spiral coil production line mainly consists of the main machine, control system, and auxiliary equipment.

The hydraulic diameter auxiliary adjustment mechanism supports the material during forming, optimizes the bending diameter accuracy, maintains and corrects diameter data, and ensures the consistency of the diameter of each coil turn.
The material support matches the main machine, with opposed rollers feeding in parallel. Two opposite driving rollers clamp the round pipe into the machine, ensuring sufficient friction and uniform speed during coiling. Even small-diameter forming of large-diameter materials can be easily achieved.
The pitch correction mechanism on the hydraulic coil production line is mainly divided into two parts: one is the hydraulic pitch pushing top roller integrated into the lifting rack mechanism; the other is the pitch auxiliary pushing pressure plate integrated into the electric horizontal material support mechanism. They ensure that each coil turn is in the correct position during coiling, disperse the backward retraction and elastic deformation of the finished coil, and maintain consistent force of the incoming pipe, thus ensuring the finished product is processed within precise parameters.
